Inbound Groups

From a team building day tour programme – packing in as much fun as possible, to a VIP incentive programme, we are able to develop local experiences into an event highlight, as part of a visit to Australia!

Hunter Valley Events are the most experienced destination management company in the region and have managed many inbound groups from Asia The Americas, Europe and the UK, ranging from 20 to 8,000 people.

Hunter Valley Day Tour

• This program is a sample of what can be easily operated from Sydney, being only a two hour drive to the Hunter Valley. We can design a program to suit your group, depending on times of arrival and departure, what outcome is required, and the budget.
• Suggested Itinerary
• Depart Sydney 8.00 am and Arrive Hunter Valley 10.00 am. Stay 4 – 5 hours in the Hunter Valley, departing at 3.00 pm and arriving back in Sydney at 5.00 pm.
• For larger programs we suggest basing the group at one winery and enjoy a Hunter Valley event day at the winery. The activities could include; Wine Tasting Class, Team Building Activities eg; grape stomping and grape picking (if in season), Produce Markets, Australian Wildlife (Koalas, wombats, kangaroos), Aussie Outback Show, Country Band, Indigenous Dancers and Winery Lunch.
• Smaller groups we suggest visiting three wineries for tastings including a tour of the wine production area, and cheese tasting at one of the stops. Lunch can be enjoyed at a winery or a local café or restaurant – depending on budget. Activities can also be added to each of the winery visits eg; surprise Aussie Animal ‘meet & greet’
• Some groups may want to visit Hunter Valley Gardens, as part of the day tour.

Overnight Hunter Valley Program

• Escape to Hunter Valley Wine Country for an overnight stay to enjoy the wide open spaces of the Australian countryside. This tour can be especially designed for Inbound Incentive groups and showcases the bespoke Food, Wine and Regional Lifestyle experiences that the Hunter Valley is renowned for.
• Let us design a program for your guests in a ‘surprise and delight’ fashion including; accommodation, tours & activities, dinners, theming and entertainment.
