I honestly couldn’t have dreamt of anything better than what was supplied to us. The feedback received about the decorations and lighting was extremely positive and our COO was really impressed. The room looked so inviting.

Well what a team you are. I was so impressed with the organisation and all the events and wineries we visited. Everyone without exception was so welcoming and friendly and in addition so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The students seemed to be really enjoying themselves and there were some really positive comments on the coach on our journey home.

The professional team of Hunter Valley events is a company I would recommend to anyone. Both events were run professionally and seamlessly. The entire team had a great time at the events and are still talking about the fun they had, both activities allowed all team members to take part as much or as little as they wanted to.

The whole engagement with HVE was fabulous. We had a session agenda and contract locked down within 2 days of contacting HVE which made our job easy.

The agenda and activities successfully incorporated our company messaging of collaboration and excellence in execution, and provided opportunity for our 150 team members to work in teams that crossed geographies. Without exception, we have had absolutely wonderful feedback from our team members who all appreciated the chance to form and strengthen relationships that we hope will continue throughout their career.

The customised agenda proved no problem for HVE. The activities were fun, and allowed everyone to be involved. And the management of the program to a strict timetable was successful and greatly appreciated by our leadership team.

We would have no hesitation in using your organisation again in the future. Thank you again for your expert running of our event. Absolutely fabulous outcome for us.

This event went off exactly as communicated. The teams really enjoyed the chance to interact and have some fun. Safety was clearly paramount and briefings helped all involved to develop new skills. I just wish we had more time.

Our thanks to Gus and Jean Marc, the kitchen will never be the same.

The only complaint was my team lost (not by much though)!

Louise and Kate, thank you so much for a wonderful event! The team thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, the team building and mix of competitive spirit was what we were aiming for and it was certainly achieved. Gus the facilitator was fantastic, a very bubbly and easy going personality and it was a pleasure to have him host us. The winery was lovely too and the food was delicious! The event was perfect for our team. It allowed us to work as small teams while still being able to stay together as whole group (that was the aim of the team building after feedback from last year). Each of the activities was seamlessly set out and allowed for different people to display their skill sets and ideas within the groups.

Everyone within the group enjoyed the games and challenges and to see a ‘final product’ was a great display of what working as a team can achieve.

Great service, considering we only came to you shortly before our conference. Rebecca was most helpful in coming up with a tailored event for our group. We all had a terrific time and the event went like clockwork. The activities we participated in were just the right amount of exertion level, considering the group’s celebrations the night before! A common comment from the group was that it was a great hangover cure!! But seriously, everyone agreed it was a lot of fun and the staff on hand on the day were great.

Thanks again for your help, and we will have no hesitation in using you again and/or recommending you to others.
