Excellence is in the detail when it comes to special events, we understand execution as well as design, when aiming to exceed your event expectations.

Being based in the Hunter we work closely with local venues and suppliers to produce creative and memorable events that take in the best of what the destination has to offer, or any other destination we are working in.

Gala Event

• We do ‘Gala’ well – whether it is an awards night, a celebration, a reward, charity event, launch event or Christmas party, we work the brief to ensure it’s a night to remember!
• The Look: take your pick from the more popular themes; Masquerade; Moulin Rouge; Hollywood style Academy Awards; Great Gatsby; Cuban; Vegas; Fire & Ice; Flying Circus; Night of Stars; any movie theme; Winter Wonderland or a colour theme eg; Black, Gold & Red – or White. Alternatively we can create a bespoke theme for your special occasion.
• Enhancements: Your event or award presentations can be further enhanced by including entertainment; guest speakers; invitations; menus; gifts; place cards; gifts;  photography; Company branding can be incorporated into your event in a ‘surprise and delight’ fashion – ask us how.
• Branding ideas: ice-carvings, light box centrepieces, company logo gobos (or laser lights) on; ceiling/entrance walkways, roof, external entrance wall.

Food & Wine Festival

• An event that says “Welcome to the Hunter” and showcases the regions quality food and wine offerings.  It is a market place buzzing with the excitement of discovering new taste sensations, trying different wines and enjoying the laid back entertainment.
• The Look: outdoor alfresco style, market stalls, pop-up bars, casual seating, umbrellas and festoon lighting.
• Enhancements: unique stall concepts such as vintage caravans, tepee style tents, pallet walls, barrel & bench tops.  Harvest style games and styling. Cruisy band or wandering entertainment. Local art and craft stalls.
• Branding ideas: large branded airlights (balloon lights), stall signage, branded flags, umbrellas or food containers.

Wine Country Hoe Down

• Get down amongst it in Wine Country! Sassy cowgirls welcome guests for a great night of festivities at the Wine Country Hoe Down shindig.
• The look: hay bales, wine barrels, country memorabilia, pallet furniture, chequered table cloths, festoon lighting, uplights.
• Enhancements: foot tappin’ sounds of a great country band, sassy cowgirl line dancers, Aussie stockman whip cracking show. Harvest games such as grape stomping & grape tossing for a bit of fun. Go a little Wild Wild West and add some cowboy stuff like a bucking bull or a Wanted photo booth.
• Branding ideas: rustic stage sign, branded bandanas, photo booth photo branding.

Blanc Alfresco Affair

• An elegant Blanc Affair where the dress code and colour scheme is of course white, white and more white!
• The Look: Think crisp white linen on the tables, white chairs, delicate white paper lanterns with festoon lighting strung overhead or some fantastic glow orb lighting to really bring the modern feel to the evening. Flowers always add a unique and fresh element to the tables – our picks for a gorgeous Blanc party include daises, dahlias, baby’s breath, orchids and gardenias. 
• Enhancements: hanging gardens, garden furniture, branded glow bars.
• Branding ideas: large lawn letters, floating letters or orbs (if poolside), ice-carving.

Themed Party

• Add a theme to inject some fun into your event – the options are endless.  Why not ask your guests to come dressed for the occasion to ensure that everyone is on board with what you have planned.
• The Look: For a fun and playful theme think Mexican; Mad Hatter; Medieval; Circus; Jungle Safari Arabian Night or Bogan Bash.  For an interactive night consider, Casino; Street Carnival; Fire & Ice or themed games night.  If you are looking for a classy night full of entertainment, perhaps Flying Circus; Masquerade Ball; Moulin Rouge Cabaret (with a stunning entertainment line up) or Club Havana with a large Cuban band and dance show. 
  You may choose to go down the path of a specific; colour, country, era, or movie.
• Enhancements: character actors, give-way(favours) items in the theme, roaming entertainment, themed invitations and menus, effect lighting and dance floor, costumes/face painting of serving staff.
• Branding ideas: company adapted name of the event, branded giveways (favours), themed company signage.

Beyond the Barrels

• Get behind the scenes of a working winery for a real Hunter Valley wine experience. Your guests will wine and dine in the depths of the winery, with a pop-up kitchen set-up for the occasion.
• The Look: rustic/industrial with walls of barrels from floor to ceiling.
• Enhancements: uplighting of wine tanks & barrels, pre-dinner wine tour & tasting, winemaker host.  Surprise entertainment acts popping out from beyond the barrels.
• Branding ideas: branded wine for gifts, company logo gobo on wine tanks/floor, branded wine mats.
